This evening, January 13, around 22:15, I photographed my first Wolf moon. The Wolf moon, also called "Wolf Moon," is the name for the first full moon of the year. The name comes from Indian folklore, because it symbolizes the time that wolves cried with hunger during the winter months, outside the villages, because sooner people thought to belong to this full moon than in the rest of the year at full moon.
In spiritual traditions, the Wolf Moon is often seen as a powerful time for introspection, renewal and the taping of your inner strength. It represents a period of looking inside and embracing your primal instincts and reconnecting to your wild, authentic nature. As wolves are known for their intuition and ability to navigate through darkness, the Wolf moon's energy encourages us to dive into the depths of our psyche and tap into our intuitive wisdom. Since this moon belongs to the constellation Cancer, where it ends up in tomorrow, the moon is in the constellation tonight Twins are also connected to our emotions and its anchoring and acceptance within ourselves. Back in our power, it encourages personal growth and letting go of no longer serving patterns, facing fears and boldly moving forward on our path.
